Prod@Eye, in addition to machine alarms, provides additional tools to identify events and critical points. In particular, the video analysis through Advanced Motion manages up to 6 types of area that can be customized as desired, with dedicated sensitivity management.
In this way it is possible to identify anomalies and problems that can escape or not be detected by the machine of the production line. Clearly identifies, records and stores immediately before and immediately after to pinpoint the real causes micro and macro downtime of operating plants.
The use of video footage allows you to have objective information on the real causes of the plant shutdown. The video recordings are objective, practical, repeatable, transmissible information and therefore allow in deferred time to be able to identify the cause of the problem, as if "I was present".
